1. Return Eligibility
We accept eligible return requests made within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, the item must:
- Be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition;
- Have all original tags, labels, accessories, and packaging attached or included;
- Show no signs of wear, damage, alteration, washing, stains, odors, or misuse;
- Be accompanied by valid proof of purchase or an order number.
Items that do not meet these requirements may be refused or may not qualify for a full refund.

Please do not return any item without contacting us first.
2. Return Authorization
All returns must be approved by our customer service team before being shipped back.
Once your return request has been reviewed, we will provide you with return instructions and, where applicable, the appropriate return address.
Do not send returns to our business address unless our customer service team specifically instructs you to do so. Our business address may not be the same as the designated return processing location.
Returns sent without prior authorization may experience delays or may not be accepted.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to an error on our part, customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless:
- We shipped the wrong item;
- The product arrived damaged;
- The product was confirmed to be defective;
- We otherwise determine that a shipping refund is appropriate.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning merchandise.
TWIVORA is not responsible for returned packages that are lost, damaged, or misdirected during return transportation.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If you receive an item that is:
- Damaged;
- Defective;
- Incorrect;
- Missing an item; or
- Significantly different from what you ordered,

Please provide your order number and clear photographs or other information showing the issue.
After reviewing your request, we may offer an appropriate resolution, which may include:
- A replacement;
- A refund;
- A partial refund; or
- Another reasonable solution depending on the circumstances.
If the issue resulted from an error on our part, we will provide applicable return instructions and will not require you to pay unreasonable return shipping costs associated with our error.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Non-returnable items may include:
- Gift cards;
- Personalized or customized products;
- Items marked as final sale;
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged, or used;
- Items missing original tags, packaging, accessories, or components;
- Items that cannot be resold for hygiene or safety reasons after use or opening.

6. Sale and Promotional Items
Unless clearly marked Final Sale, discounted or promotional items may generally be returned if they otherwise meet the requirements of this policy.
Products specifically identified as Final Sale at the time of purchase are not eligible for return or refund except where required by applicable law or where the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Exchange availability depends on current inventory.
In some circumstances, the fastest option may be to return the original item for a refund and place a new order separately.
We cannot guarantee that a replacement size, color, or product will remain available while a return is being processed.
8. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please allow approximately 5–10 business days after refund approval for the funds to appear in your account.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank, credit card provider, payment processor, or financial institution.
Once we have submitted a refund to the payment provider, any additional processing delay is generally outside of our control.
9. Partial Refunds
In certain circumstances, only a partial refund may be issued.
This may apply when:
- An item is returned with missing packaging or accessories;
- The product shows signs of handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it;
- The item is returned in a condition different from how it was received;
- The returned product has been damaged after delivery for reasons unrelated to TWIVORA;
- Other circumstances make the item ineligible for a full refund.
Any applicable deduction will be determined based on the condition of the returned product and applicable law.
10. Refunds for Shipping Charges
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable.
If your refund is approved because we sent an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, we may also refund the original shipping charge when appropriate.
Any expedited shipping fees or optional delivery service fees are generally non-refundable once the applicable shipping service has been provided.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation or modification requests before the order enters fulfillment.
However, we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled once processing or shipment has begun.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information when placing an order.
If a package is returned to us because of:
- An incorrect or incomplete address;
- Failure to accept delivery;
- Failure to collect the package;

For international orders, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs as well as any applicable customs fees, duties, taxes, or carrier charges associated with the return, unless the return is caused by our error.
Customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and similar government or carrier charges are generally not refundable by TWIVORA because such charges may be collected by third parties.
